 Maintaining a healthy lifestyle... Being busy does not make it an excuse for us to eat junk food all the time, our body need good nourishment to keep up with the business we keep it in. We need to consume enough nutrients to sustain the energy we need in our busy schedules. A bit of exercise and most importantly hydrating our body, is much needed as it helps our brains and reduces fatigue because sometimes we just don't get enough rest. Here are a few tips that can be taken into consideration.: 1. Try by all means to have a cooked meal instead of living off of junk, fatty fast foods/take-aways. If you get busy to a point where cooking on a daily basis might not be an option for you, the consider making meal preps on  Sunday or when you have a free day that will last you for at least 4-5 days that you can easily that warm up and dish it up. Preparing ahead and sticking to the plan...

 Just simply doing what we planned to do saves us alot of panick and stress... Be it personal commitments, work commitments or academic commitments, if you know that you need to do something always try be all means to avoid procrastination. As they say, 'procrastination is the thief of time' and you will always regret not doing what you had to do on time, while you still have time. By waiting and leaving what you have to do for last minutes will only add more stress and frustration that it would have if you had attempted to do it while you still have time to even pace yourself. Here is what I've learned from procrastinating and some of the changes that I had to make from the consequences: 1. Today I want to emphasize the importance of mental health and attaining a positively healthy state of mind!   Those of us who don't really know what mental health is, here is breakdown (remember that its always good learn a new term when you come across it☺) MENTAL HEALTH includes our psychological, emotional, and social well-being.                                   it impacts how we feel, how we acts, and ultimately how we act. Sometimes having a lot of  commitments often puts pressure and a heavy weight on our shoulders. Our personal lives sometimes triggers stress levels and not having anyone to talk to about some of the challenges we often face can burdens us.
