Maintaining a healthy lifestyle... Being busy does not make it an excuse for us to eat junk food all the time, our body need good nourishment to keep up with the business we keep it in. We need to consume enough nutrients to sustain the energy we need in our busy schedules. A bit of exercise and most importantly hydrating our body, is much needed as it helps our brains and reduces fatigue because sometimes we just don't get enough rest. Here are a few tips that can be taken into consideration.: 1. Try by all means to have a cooked meal instead of living off of junk, fatty fast foods/take-aways. If you get busy to a point where cooking on a daily basis might not be an option for you, the consider making meal preps on Sunday or when you have a free day that will last you for at least 4-5 days that you can easily that warm up and dish it up.
